Hemsley Fraser partners with 5-star Amazon author and L&D expert Laura Walker to provide a new suite of coaching services.

Adding to its already extensive list of experiences and solutions, Hemsley Fraser has today launched a new and expanded coaching offering which helps people to identify their strengths, achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This new service has been created with best-selling author and L&D expert, Laura Walker.

Walker joined Hemsley Fraser as a Senior Associate Consultant this year. Working closely with the team, she has been instrumental in building a service that supports businesses to build high-performing workforces.

Alongside the company’s wide range of blended learning solutions, this new offering includes leadership, career, performance, and team effectiveness coaching, as well as transitioning together and learning programme coaching. The sessions are either one-to-one or in small groups, run by a specialist coach with an extensive library of supporting resources to accelerate individual performance and wellbeing.

Laura Walker, author of Dancing with fear and confidence: How to liberate yourself and your career in mid-life, says, “It’s been fantastic to work with Hemsley Fraser to help bring this new offering to the market.

“Now more than ever, organisations need high-performing individuals to help them to navigate uncertain times and seize on opportunities ahead of their competition. And yet, things have never been so challenging for our leaders.

“Coaching provides personalised support to those members of an organisation who can have a huge influence on overall performance. It is an absolute necessity for competitive organisations.”

As with all of Hemsley Fraser’s solutions, the coaching can be blended into the rhythm of the given enterprise, integrating seamlessly with existing initiatives and programmes and connecting individual growth to organisational outcomes.

Managing Director of Hemsley Fraser UK, Lynsey Whitmarsh, comments, “Coaching complements our existing suite of solutions perfectly and is a natural fit for Hemsley Fraser.

“As with many learning and development solutions, coaching needed a transformation in order to remain most effective in the new working world. By working with Laura, we have created an offering which will help to accelerate professional development and drive organisational growth.”

Coaching is a hugely effective part of an individual’s learning journey, particularly when integrated with overall enterprise L&D. As the world of work becomes increasingly virtual, coaching provides participants with an opportunity for human-led interaction and a real-time, empathetic connection.
