Hemsley Fraser - exploring the impact of digital learning in 2019

Plymouth, UKLearning NewsHemsley Fraser

The way we learn is changing, digital learning now forms part of most training and development experiences – how is digital learning impacting our industry? In partnership with 5App and HR Grapevine, Hemsley Fraser is currently investigating the impact digital is having on organisational learning. Exploring what’s really working for learning and development teams and the programmes they are implementing.

The survey, which will be completed by hundreds of organisations globally, includes a series of multiple choice and short answer questions that examine how businesses are currently interacting with digital learning technology. Exploring which experiences have been the most positive or negative for companies and why, while also examining the potential solutions, barriers to entry and the challenges that are currently facing some L&D professionals. The survey also examines the winning approaches for those already using it and what this could mean long-term for future L&D strategies.

Lynsey Whitmarsh, Director of Innovation for Hemsley Fraser comments: “Our exclusive findings will lift the lid on what works for your peers and what could work best for your organisation, providing us all with valuable insights into the best way forward for digital learning in 2019.”

This February at the Learning Technologies summit, 5App and Hemsley Fraser will report back on the interim results of the Digital Impact Survey. The presentation is due to take place on the 14th Feb between 10:15-10:45 in theatre 1. Delegates are all welcome to join us and delegates at the show will be given the opportunity to contribute to the survey. All participants can register to receive the final copy when it’s published in March 2019.

“The final report will include a plethora of insights and analysis from the full survey. Data for the survey looks set to be taken from over 500 organisations, prior to and during the summit. With this year’s show set to be one of the biggest ever, we are expecting participation from organisations to be strong.” added Whitmarsh.
