New Leadership Programme launching at Learning and Skills
Full Potential Group to launch Leadership Programme at Learning and Skills Exhibition this week, 28 and 29 January, Olympia, London.
After a successful inaugural year FPG is proud to be presenting its flagship programme that has been developed using 17 years of experience and ground-breaking research from thought leaders around the world.
The revolutionary 6 months programme will include a multi-faceted approach to re-enforce the skills, tools and techniques learnt. Participants will take part in experiential learning, individual coaching, practical on the job application, and personal reflection. This 70-20-10 approach will help deeply embed the behaviours and skills in the attendees to increase impact and retention.

On both days of the exhibition FPG's Leadership, Talent and Coaching Directors will be offering attendees the opportunity to have a free coaching session to gain insight and give visitors some instantly usable skills that they will be able to take back to their organisation. Full Potential Group is on Stand 377, opposite the catering, and will be proving visitors with the opportunity to learn more about its ground-breaking Leadership Programme and to gain some instantly usable tools and techniques from FPG's experts.
