Just after the Josh Bersin Company hails the arrival of ‘Content Intelligence’, upskilling leader Degreed launches a partnership with Filtered to bring this new technology to its global client base.

Filtered enables clients like AstraZeneca, GSK and P&G to sync their skills and learning content. Content Intelligence enables better content library procurement decisions, makes it easier for LXP users to find the content they need, and for L&D teams to curate pathways faster.

Degreed is the upskilling platform of choice for the biggest global enterprises, connecting learning to opportunities for 300+ customers in 27 countries.

This partnership closes the loop between people, skills and content.

“Hundreds of organisations have engaged their people with the right skills and connected them to an abundance of digital learning content through Degreed,” says Marc Zao-Sanders, CEO and Co-founder of Filtered.

“Content Intelligence optimises that content offer, rapidly bringing these large libraries of paid-for, free and curated learning to align with enterprise strategy, and generates the data to demonstrate that. This partnership offers the chance to bring our technology to bear on millions of upskilling journeys. We are excited.”

"It's really exciting to see the proof of concept we ran develop into a partnership that will take Content Intelligence to lots more Degreed customers”, comments Peter Riber, Head of Digital Learning & Analytics at Novo Nordisk. “This is a massive enhancement for the product."

“Content Intelligence transforms the learner experience. It ensures that the content recommendations made to each individual are relevant, and by doing that, it increases the likelihood of them engaging in a learning experience. And for learning professionals, Filtered’s core content functionality provides a fast and powerful way to curate content and accelerate their desired learning outcomes,” says David Taylor, Degreed VP of Partnerships. “We’re continually looking for ways to provide greater value to our clients, and Filtered’s intuitive, data-driven solution delivers on that promise in a big way.”

The agreement means Filtered and Degreed will cooperate closely to bring each other’s technology to mutual clients. Content Intelligence users will be able to import Degreed content, analyse and tag it to nuanced skills in real-time.
