Perkbox introduces innovative learning technology called magpie to member benefits

Last month, Filtered announced its new partnership with employee engagement platform Perkbox to deliver personalized learning recommendations to members.

 

Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee engagement platform, has partnered with Filtered to launch the patented AI product magpie, a learning recommendations engine that matches the right learning to the right learner, on the Perkbox platform.

Using machine-learning algorithms, magpie matches the relevant content to each individual user. Using an intuitive chat function, Perkbox users get personalized learning recommendations in minutes, simply by answering a few questions. 

Magpie contains over 500+ bitesize content pieces that cover 40 base competencies from expertly curated, high-quality public domain sources such as Harvard Business Review, TED and Forbes and many more.
