Learning Impact Gold

Last month's Leadership Report from Mind Tools highlighted the continuing difficulty learning and development has with measuring impact. It reported that it's currently the most in-demand thing for L&D to deliver, yet it is our weakest skill.

This year's gold winner in the measuring impact category at the Learning Awards was Imparta and its project with Environmental Resources Management. To find out what they did, why it won and to share tips for others working on measuring impact, Imparta's Alejandra Chilczenko joins Learning News.
