2024 was a difficult and changing time in workplace learning. Market conditions and entrenched, long-term challenges in L&D have affected the buying landscape and many vendors, especially content and training course vendors, are finding it difficult.
Budgets are flat, macro market uncertainties have slowed new investments and those able to invest are keen to prioritise only the most important projects, such as critical compliance projects, which show resilience.
Omniplex Learning has bucked the trend in the last year. Its revenue is up by 25% and profits approaching 40%. Patrick Jocelyn offers his assessment of market conditions and explains how his business has grown in the last year.
