ESource expands its services; goal is to enhance client's LMS investment.

Cedar Knolls, NJ (March 29, 2007) - ESource Corporation, a leader in staffing, consulting, and outsourcing services for the corporate and enterprise learning market, has announced that the Company will offer its customers and partners expanded LMS Content Conversion Services.

"Content conversion is still where the bulk of time and effort is spent during a learning management system implementation," says Joe DiDonato, president of ESource Corporation. "Most clients think that the large work effort is over when their configuration work and application linking is done," he continued, "only to be surprised by how much of their online courseware isn't capable of being launched and tracked by their new LMS." ESource Corporation hopes this new service will continue to accelerate their customers' implementations, as well as their return on their LMS investment.

ESource says it will provide its customers with the following list of services in this area, as well as others deemed necessary by the particular installation:

- Inventory of a client's learning assets;
- Analysis and prioritization of those assets;
- Digitizing of content;
- Tagging of content;
- Documentation;
- Interfacing with the client's LMS vendor(s) for planning and changes;
- Physically loading of a client's content; and
- Testing and insuring that the content works.

Linda D'Angelo, VP of Sales, Marketing and Strategy for ESource went on to state that, "...the time and effort can vary based on the type of content, the number of legacy systems, and delivery modalities, such as WBT, audio, video, classroom, and so forth. Leveraging our expertise can help to size the work effort quickly and accurately." Ms. D'Angelo went on to say that "ESource's teams will review each client's needs and then provide them with an assessment and proposal of the work effort. In many cases, we will use our offshore partners to help accomplish the work in a much more cost-effective manner."

Mike Giambra, CEO of ESource Corporation, adds, "In addition to content conversion services, ESource will leverage its experts to help companies re-purpose, re-build or develop new content that is both SCORM compliant and compatible with the client's LMS, as well as mapped to the company's learning objectives and strategies."
