Epic is sponsoring the upcoming Learning and Skills Group Conference on the 18th June at London Olympia 2 as well as exhibiting and speaking at the concurrent Learning Technologies Summer Forum.

This June, conference delegates from Learning Technologies 2013 will be joined by Learning and Skills group members for an exclusive event at London Olympia. The Learning and Skills Group Conference will pick up on the main themes from the Learning Technologies Conference in January, with a particular focus on learning in practice, with more than 450 delegates gathering to share their progress and experience from the past three months.

This will be complemented by the Learning Technologies Summer Forum, which will feature an exhibition hall and free seminars. Epic will be exhibiting its award-winning solutions on Stand 18, and it’s the perfect opportunity for delegates and visitors to catch up on the latest from E-learning Company of the Year, Epic.

You can also catch Epic’s Head of Learning Platforms Mark Aberdour during his session ‘The Use of Tin Can and Open Badges for Learning Programmes’. While Tin Can tracks learning experiences, Open Badges track learning outcomes. Mark Aberdour discusses whether these new standards are complementary or competing, and how they can be used effectively in learning programmes.

The Learning and Skills Group conference is free for Learning Technologies conference delegates and Learning and Skills Group members only. Registration is available on the event website.
