Epic rated as ‘Strategic Leader’ in Elearnity 9-Grid™ model for bespoke e-learning
Epic is delighted to announce that it has been rated by Europe’s leading independent analysts Elearnity as a ‘Strategic Leader’ in their newly released 9-Grid™ for bespoke e-learning.
Elearnity, Europe’s leading independent talent and learning analyst, last week announced the release of their brand-new 9-Grid™ model for bespoke e-learning. The five dimensional model rates the relative position of different solutions and providers in the bespoke e-learning market in the UK by comparing their Performance, Potential, Market Presence, Total Cost of Ownership and Future Trajectories across the market.
According to the report:
“[Epic] continues to go from strength to strength. With a long and expanding list of corporate clients, Epic's focus on delivering high levels of customer service has paid clear dividends. [Epic] has responded well to the move away from courses to resources, and has redeveloped its portfolio accordingly. [The organisation] continues to broaden its digital learning offering, as well as its mobile capabilities, to offer clients a wide range of solutions.”
Epic’s rating is based on Elearnity’s independent research in the Learning and Talent market over the past 17 years, as well as client feedback.
“We’re very pleased that Elearnity has recognised the all-around strength of Epic’s solutions and our first-class customer service,” said Epic’s Commercial Director Dale Solomon. “I’m especially thrilled that the position of Epic on the grid reflects our future trajectory of continued success and growth in the learning technologies marketplace.”
