Epic wins five E-Learning Awards including 'E-learning Development Company of the Year'
Epic is delighted to have won a record five awards at the 2012 E-Learning Awards, including the coveted prize for ‘E-learning development company of the year’.
The gala evening took place on the 8th November 2012 at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in London. Epic won the first award of the evening and went on to win four more awards including:
- Bronze for 'Best use of mobile learning' for its work with Alfred Dunhill
- Silver for 'Most innovative new hardware or software' for its multi-device authoring tool GoMo Learning
- Silver for 'Excellence in the production of learning content - not for profit sector' for its work with Resus Council
- Gold for 'Excellence in the production of learning content - private sector' for Epic and StarTraq
- Gold for 'E-learning development company of the year'
Chief Executive Jonathan Satchell said: "I'm delighted that our customers and staff have been recognised with these awards for their dedication and exceptional quality of work. With more than 200 submissions received, this year's E-Learning Awards were more competitive than ever, showcasing the range and quality of e-learning that is being delivered across the globe.
Epic's Commercial Director Dale Solomon added: "I'm extremely proud of what we continue to achieve with our clients. As Commercial Director, I see all the positive signs of happy customers, including an increase in repeat business from 17% in 2010 to 61% in 2012, as well as a fourfold increase in word-of-mouth referrals. These awards show that we are creating quality solutions that are making demonstrable differences in our client's businesses."
