What's high on your list of priorities? Beating the competition through better service delivery? Addressing the skills shortages in your organisation? Implementing a new blended, leadership programme? Delivering a new training programme for an IT system that's still being developed? Taking advantage of mobile learning technologies without getting sidetracked by them? Skilling up your team to develop rapid e-learning?

Life for today's learning and development professionals is becoming more complex and, seemingly, more demanding. It certainly keeps changing, almost faster than we can keep up. It can be exciting; new technologies offer more opportunities for providing better learning, faster learning, more learning, so long as we can make informed choices and use them appropriately.

Epic has a new approach to help you to make sense of it all, to help you use technology to maximise your investment in people, and to improve the performance of your employees, teams and, ultimately, your organisation. Now wouldn't that get you noticed?

So if you want help, advice or just someone to bounce some ideas off, visit Epic, stand 63 at Learning Technologies, held at London Olympia on 31 January and 1 February 2007.

While you're visiting the stand, don't forget to drop your business card in our free draw to win an iPod!

With over 120 exhibitors there will be plenty to see and experience at Learning Technologies 2007. The event provides a wealth of information for all those working in the learning and development industry, providing an insight into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

A free seminar programme featuring over 30 sessions will run throughout the course of the exhibition, covering almost every aspect of organisational learning. The conference will address key issues facing learning professionals today and there will be a mixture of session types, from keynote addresses to interactive track sessions and from case studies to theory presentations, all from leading industry figures and experts.

Conference Chair Donald H Taylor says, "Organisational learning continues to change at a pace and Learning Technologies 2007 aims to keep learning professionals ahead in the industry and well informed about what's hot and what's not. If you're involved in managing learning, staff development and improving workplace performance, then we promise a riveting two days. To support the conference there will be discussion groups, podcasts, RSS feeds, learning communities, forums and structured networking in the lead up to, during and following the event itself, and Learning Technologies will prove invaluable to all those involved in organisational learning and performance improvement."
