The DisplayNote solution, which allows presenters to share their presentation from their display to their audience on their chosen device, has launched DisplayNote 2. The new launch sees sharing over different networks, improved user interface and improved collaboration functions. DisplayNote 2 allows presenters to share and collaborate with their audience over the cloud, so they no longer have to be on the same network or the same location.

Another new feature is unlimited audio and messaging between presenter and participant. A new user interface allows presenters to manage groups more effectively and makes it easier to share content with other devices and other displays.

“The ethos behind the DisplayNote product has always been sharing any content, connecting with any display and sharing and collaborating with audiences across a range of tablet, phone and desktop devices,” said Paul Brown, CEO of DisplayNote Technologies.

“The feedback from beta users has been that DisplayNote 2 is a much more engaging experience for presenters and participants. Onboarding has been streamlined, communication between presenter and participant improved and, ultimately it’s much easier to share whatever is on your display to a connecting mobile device.”

“It widens the net of who you can connect with and on what network. Participants can now alert the presenter to request to share their device screen or their audio. The new user interface makes the saving and exporting of content easier for all users.”

Visitors to the Learning Live show in London on 10th and 11th September 2014 will be among the first to see DisplayNote 2 in action.
