With over 10,000 validated reviews now on Coursecheck.com, the company is noticing an increasing number of enquiries from training providers wanting to get more value from their customer feedback, from both quality control and marketing perspectives.

Coursecheck believes this growth to be directly related to the growing interest in customer opinion within the training industry.

Coursecheck founder, Chris Wigglesworth, commented: “Training providers have always been very good at collecting feedback but many are less successful at using it effectively. In part, that’s because two thirds of providers still use paper feedback forms, which are incredibly difficult to work with."

"You can’t analyse the feedback without rekeying it into a database and you can’t easily use it for marketing either. But with 88% of consumers now trusting online reviews as much as personal recommendations, companies that take quality seriously are recognising the need to move away from paper and find a better way of doing things.”

Business Development Director, Graham Riddick added: “Aside from better quality control, a presence on Coursecheck is proving to be a major marketing benefit for our customers and an extremely cost-effective way for them to offer independent validation of the quality of their courses. It’s also bringing their courses to the attention of a wider range of potential customers.”

Coursecheck is exhibiting at Learning Technologies 2017 on stand V7 and will be using the opportunity to launch an updated version of its website with significant new functionality for course providers.
