Confirm retains Platinum Investors in People accreditation

Recognized at the highest level for the second time, Confirm celebrates the people behind its transformation and next chapter of growth.

Confirm, the company behind the Workforce Enablement System (WES), has retained Platinum accreditation from Investors in People – the highest level of recognition awarded by the international standard for people management and development.

First achieved in 2022 under its former name, Learning Pool, the accreditation recognizes Confirm's longstanding commitment to investing in its people and creating an environment where they can do their best work.

The renewed recognition comes at a pivotal moment for the business. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, the launch of its new identity as Confirm, and the introduction of its Workforce Enablement System, the company is entering its next chapter of growth.

Through that transformation, the contribution of its people has remained central to the business.

Adam Thompson, CEO at Confirm, commented: "Businesses don't grow, innovate, or achieve ambitious things on their own. People make that happen.

"Over the past year, we've brought businesses and teams together, launched a new brand, and set an ambitious direction for our future. None of that would be possible without the talent, commitment, and determination of our people.

"Retaining Platinum accreditation is an incredible achievement and a reflection of the culture we've built together over many years. But what matters most to me isn't the award itself. It's the people behind it, and our commitment to building a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to do their best work.

"We have big ambitions for where Confirm goes next. And it's our people who will take us there."

A track record of investing in people

Confirm's Platinum recognition builds on a history of investing in its people.

In March 2022, Learning Pool first achieved Platinum accreditation, placing it among just 2% of organizations recognized at the highest level at that time.

Four years on, the business has evolved significantly, but its commitment to investing in its people remains a priority.

Investors in People's independent accreditation assesses how effectively organizations lead, support, and develop their people. Platinum recognizes organizations where high-performing practices are embedded throughout the business, with employees actively contributing to continuous improvement.

For Confirm, retaining the accreditation reflects both the strength of the culture built over time and the importance of carrying that culture forward as the business continues to grow.

Adam added: "One of the things I'm most proud of is that, even as our business changes, our values continue to guide us. We've got your back. Do the right thing. Raise the bar. They set the standard for how we work together, how we lead, and the culture we're committed to building.

"This recognition reflects the contributions of colleagues past and present who have helped shape the business we are today. And as we look ahead, I couldn’t be more excited about what we'll achieve together next."
