Energising Leaders Joins CLO100 as Community Partner to Support Peer Coaching Programme
CLO100, the Professional Body for Learning Leaders, has announced a 12-month partnership with leadership development and executive coaching specialist Energising Leaders.
The agreement sees Energising Leaders join the organisation as a Community Partner, bringing executive coaching and leadership psychology expertise to the CLO100 membership.
As a core element of the partnership, Energising Leaders will sponsor and host CLO100’s peer-to-peer Coaching Circles. These 90-minute sessions provide structured forums for senior learning professionals to collaborate on strategic enterprise challenges. Energising Leaders will provide qualified executive coaches to facilitate the sessions, delivering practical support and insights directly to the membership.
The partnership follows CLO100’s recent introduction of the professional designations (ACLO®, MCLO®, and FCLO®). Moderated by Charles Jennings, these qualifications establish a formal standard for strategic learning leadership across the profession.
