Andy Lancaster Joins CLO100 as Learning Community Lead
CLO100 is delighted to announce that Andy Lancaster, Chief Learning Officer at Reimagine People Development, former Head of Learning at CIPD and the author of Organizational Learning Communities, has been appointed as Learning Community Lead at CLO100.
Andy will be the Learning Community Lead for the CLO Membership.

Andy brings extensive expertise and a remarkable track record in the learning and development (L&D) sector. With over 30 years of experience, Andy has significantly influenced organisational learning strategies and practices. His time at CIPD and Hanover Housing marked him as a transformative leader, where he played pivotal roles in advancing L&D initiatives and promoting innovative learning cultures.
In his new role as Learning Community Lead, alongside running his people development consultancy, Andy will focus on enhancing member engagement and fostering a collaborative environment within the CLO Membership, sharing insights and applying techniques from his latest book “Organizational Learning Communities.
