Andy brings extensive expertise and a remarkable track record in the learning and development (L&D) sector. With over 30 years of experience, Andy has significantly influenced organisational learning strategies and practices. His time at CIPD and Hanover Housing marked him as a transformative leader, where he played pivotal roles in advancing L&D initiatives and promoting innovative learning cultures.

In his new role as Learning Community Lead, alongside running his people development consultancy, Andy will focus on enhancing member engagement and fostering a collaborative environment within the CLO Membership, sharing insights and applying techniques from his latest book “Organizational Learning Communities.
