Clarity Consultants Announces New Vice President of Sales
Clarity Consultants today announced the appointment of Joe Gruttadauria as its Vice President of Sales.
Clarity Consultants today announced the appointment of Joe Gruttadauria as its Vice President of Sales. A seasoned L&D professional, Gruttadauria has more than 25 years’ of executive sales leadership experience for the human capital management and eLearning software fields.
As a member of Clarity’s senior leadership team, Gruttadauria will set the business development strategy and develop the capabilities of the company’s global sales team.
“Joe’s optimism, business aptitude and proven track record made him a clear choice to lead Clarity’s business development efforts,” said Herb Tieger, President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Consultants. “Joe has built several sales teams from the ground up and has taken an equal number of established teams to new levels of productivity and profitability.”
Before joining Clarity, Joe was responsible for Sales at enterprise human capital management software companies such as Peoplefluent and Softscape. Joe was also a founding member of the senior management team of Centra Software, a company that provides eLearning services and enterprise software. In previous roles, he has had full responsibility for the professional services and sales divisions of several other enterprise software companies including SAP and Oracle Corp.
Gruttadauria holds an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business from State University of New York College at Fredonia.
