Clarity Consultants is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the 2012 Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference at Olympia 2 in London on January 25 - 26. Clarity will be showcasing its brand of consulting solutions to address some of the most urgent and pressing L&D demands.

Already a leading presence in the US strategic L&D marketplace, Clarity Consultants launched its UK division in October 2011 to provide corporate L&D teams with a rapid response to accessing and acquiring essentials skills and manpower to deliver L&D projects.

"In 2011 we saw the beginning of new thinking about how organisations staff their projects", said Stephen Debruyn, marketing director at Clarity. "Global financial conditions mean that companies must meet the challenge of renewed and vigorous market competition whilst taking organisational costs into consideration. Many companies have reached the conclusion that having large, permanent L&D departments may no longer be the only solution."

"In the coming year a lot of companies will be looking at how they provision L&D within their organisations." said Stewart Mackenzie, business development manager at Clarity. "Building upon and supplementing their internal ability to design, develop and deliver in-house training programmes, quickly and cost effectively, will be important for all organisations."

Visit Clarity at stand number 69 to find out how organisations are successfully meeting L&D initiatives with strategic insourcing. Clarity representatives will also hold a seminar at the conference on how to successfully apply these new agile workforce principles within L&D organisations.
