The Charity Learning Consortium, a membership organisation dedicated to providing cost effective eLearning into the charity and voluntary sectors, today announced the addition of two new members.

The recent additions of Shelter and SOVA join the fast growing membership of the Consortium. In October 2008 the CLC announced four new members including Diabetes UK and National Childminding Assocation. The CLC is continuing to grow from strength to strength with more voluntary sector organisations likely to join in the New Year.

Susan Cooper, Learning & Quality Director at SOVA explains "SOVA is very pleased to have joined the Charity Learning Consortium and to be able to offer our staff easily accessible routes to learning across a range of themes. We work in the Justice sector with offenders, ex-offenders and other people who are at risk of social exclusion through approximately 70 projects spread across England and Wales, so opportunities for online learning will support our aim to upskill staff and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery."
