Digital learning experts Brightwave Group return to Europe's premier digital learning and development event to share the thinking, inspiration and experience behind the latest advances in LMS technology and implementation, with a focus on inline coaching, learner-led design and providing an unbeatable apprenticeship platform.

On 31st January and 1st February Brightwave will showcase insights and data from two unique next generation LMS implementations in two exclusive open sessions, presented by two leading learning technologists.

On Day One, Anna Morris-Peters will show how to choose an Apprenticeship offering that develops the full range of key skills and expertise needed for a successful Apprenticeship and makes good use of the Apprenticeship Levy's mission to boost funds to help organisations make the most of their new talent. Anna will call on all her expertise in digital product development to demonstrate how online progress monitoring and real-time talent coaching interactions can exceed the needs of every side in the Apprenticeship dynamic.

In a world where it seems the learner often plays second fiddle to the technology, on Day Two Brightwave's Chief Technology Officer Marc Aberdour will discuss the reorientation of the LMS and moving the learner experience to its heart, through user-centred design and prototyping methods – while scaling implementation from SMEs to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Throughout the event on stand P6, Brightwave will also be exhibiting the latest version of their learning experience platform tessello, including an exclusive look at in-development tools and rich feature set and in-development tools to enhance seamless next generation learner experiences.
