After a closely-fought contest, Caroline came away with the Silver award in a packed field for this highly competitive category.
Caroline is part of an influential new breed of learning designer – schooled in new media production, bringing boldly original perspectives to the field, and changing what digital learning means.
Equal parts teacher, storyteller, film producer and games-master, Caroline has led an industry shift: bringing ideas from outside to redefine expectations of how digital learning looks and feels, how it changes organisational behaviour – and how it improves people, performance and profitability.
Six years ago, Caroline arrived well-equipped for a challenging career in digital learning, with 25 years’ experience managing high-end projects in interactive media and broadcast TV for clients as diverse and creative as Disney, Channel Four and Microsoft.
Devising new solutions for leading brands taught Caroline to focus on innovation and impact. She knew outstanding digital learning initiatives need fresh perspectives, unique features and challenging thinking to deliver real change.
Above all, Caroline's work focuses on brand and cultural values, and their tangible effect on the thoughts, feelings and behaviour of people both in- and outside the client organisation.
This experience and insight developed into a reliable methodology for delivering exceptional learning solutions for clients who rate her on average 9.9/10.0 for learning design.
