Caroline Freeman said:

"I was over the moon to hear of the voting result. It's a privilege to join the eLN Board and I'm excited at the prospect of working with the eLN community to explore future trends in technology-based learning."

Caroline has worked at Brightwave as both a Project Manager and Learning Designer, creating effective and engaging learning solutions, and has over 20 years' experience in interactive media and broadcast TV. Having seen the career development benefits that networking brings for people in those industries, she draws on this experience to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the eLN to meet the continual changing needs of its membership.
