T-Mobile adds to its e-Learning Portfolio
T-Mobile is to build on the success of previous e-Learning programmes developed by BrightWave Ltd. Two new courses are now in production.
"BrightWave has the design and technical skills to produce the highest quality e-Learning. Their professional approach is exemplary. "
Matthew Harris, T-Mobile SAP Training Manager
Following the success earlier this year of an e-Learning course introducing 200 project managers to SAP, leading telecoms provider T-Mobile (UK) has commissioned BrightWave Ltd, the e-Learning content specialist, to produce two new online training programmes.
Employee Self Service II and Manager's Desktop II will further support the SAP roll-out; providing a cultural context for the new system and an opportunity for T-Mobile line managers and staff to practise using SAP modules. The web-based courses will simulate different areas of the SAP system including appraisals, personnel development, salary reviews and incident recording.
BrightWave, just 18 months old and one of the UK's fastest growing developers of bespoke e-Learning, is delighted to be working with T-Mobile again and looks forward to delivering another excellent product.
"An enterprise-wide SAP roll-out is an enormous undertaking for any organisation. T-Mobile has recognised the role that e-Learning can play in providing guidance and support to staff during major change. The two new courses BrightWave is developing will prove a useful tool in facilitating change." Charles Gould, BrightWave Managing Director.
