Acteon is delighted to be supporting Towards Maturity in their latest In-Focus Report: Aligning learning to business – the 7 habits of highly aligned learning and development teams.

Acteon, four-time winners of the E-learning Award for “Best e-learning project securing widespread adoption,” is particularly interested in achieving alignment within the corporate learning environment.

“We’re pleased to be working with Towards Maturity to share some insight, case studies and practical suggestions to help companies achieve alignment,” said Matthew Borg, a managing partner at Acteon. “It’s critical that we work to achieve a straight-line connection between the strategic goals of the business and the learning and development opportunities on offer within the organisation.”

This In-Focus Report analyses the behaviour of the top learning companies and isolates “7 habits of highly aligned L&D teams” to define a new Alignment Index against which companies can benchmark themselves. Through real life scenarios and clear guidelines, the report demonstrates how companies can transform the way L&D aligns itself to corporate needs to add tangible bottom line business value such as: faster response to change, improved talent management, more competent compliance and increased productivity.

“Acteon has plenty of hands-on experience helping our clients deliver blended learning that really becomes embedded within the organisation,” said Owen Rose, a managing partner at Acteon. “In each case, achieving excellent alignment with core business goals delivered benefits that became significant agents of change and growth.”
