Cambian, a leading provider of specialist services in mental health, education and learning disability, worked with Information Transfer to create its new training initiative 'Achieve'. Gareth Williams, Head of Learning and Development at Cambian, will describe how, within its first six months, Achieve has secured widespread adoption across the organisation and is delivering huge business benefits.

The barriers to adoption of e-learning at Cambian were particularly challenging. Theirs is a healthcare environment, with many distributed sites, limited technical infrastructure and no previous experience of learning technologies. Gareth will explain how careful alignment with business goals, thorough engagement with stakeholders and effective communication allowed Cambian to overcome these barriers and make e-learning an embedded part of the organisation.

Enthusiastic adoption of e-learning has allowed Cambian to enhance training quality, achieve huge cost savings and reduce business risk. Come and hear Gareth describe how it was done.
