Information Transfer will be demonstrating how e-learning can be embedded at the heart of organisational change and development, at the annual eLearning Network Supplier Showcase on July 10th, De Vere West One, London.

"Ensuring e-learning fulfills potential"
Using an extended case study, Owen Rose, Managing Partner at Information Transfer, will explain how Care Management Group (CMG) overcame the barriers to implementation and drove enthusiastic adoption to ensure that e-learning was fulfilling its potential for their business.

Care Management Group (CMG) runs over 100 care home for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. Despite low levels of IT literacy among staff, and a very limited technical infrastructure, CMG was determined to reap the benefits e-learning can offer. Working with Information Transfer, and using best practice principles for driving adoption, CMG has successfully implemented e-learning across the business. The result has been a transformation of learning provision, improved regulatory compliance, and a significant reduction in the cost of training.

The eLearning Network (eLN) is a non-profit organisation run by the e-learning community for the e-learning community. The eLN is the number one source for guidance on best practice and future trends in technology-based learning and development at work, with more than 1500 members in the UK and beyond.

The annual Showcase provides an opportunity for those members of the eLN who are e-learning vendors to demonstrate their skills and their products: learn about industry-leading learning solutions, rub shoulders with some of the brightest minds in the field, and join in debates on learning issues.
