Following a lengthy research process, high profile estate agency Knight Frank has selected Information Transfer's Knowledge Centre e-learning management system as its online training platform.

The Centre will provide a powerful channel of communication and a library of information to support the firm's agents throughout the country on topics such as the Property Misdescriptions Act, Data Protection, Estate Agency Law and Practice and Money Laundering, with many other modules planned.

With staff scattered far and wide across the UK, the Knowledge Centre is an ideal medium for delivering training. Anyone with access to the internet or the firm's intranet will be able to sign on to their personal training page to run courses and view their progress records.

But structured training is only part of the picture. The Knowledge Centre software is designed to deliver all kinds of information and communication material: bulletins, updates, reports, presentations and brochures - in fact anything that an estate agent might find helpful or interesting, and in any format: Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, Flash, weblinks, spreadsheets, sound files or video.
