10Eighty are the exclusive suppliers of the CareerCENTRE, a unique career planning tool which enables employers to increase employee engagement and the company will be presenting and demonstrating CareerCENTRE at Learning and Skills 2014.
10Eighty is taking part in the upcoming Learning and Skills 2014 exhibition at London Olympia on 29-30 January, where it will be demonstrating its CareerCENTRE career planning tool.
The CareerCENTRE is an online diagnostic tool, from Career Engagement Group, which enables employees to write a career plan by understanding their values (personal and career), their motivators, their talents (skills) and career agility. This latter report indicates how ready the employee is to achieve their career goals.
The CareerCENTRE will increase employee engagement. Engaged employees are more productive, produce higher levels of customer satisfaction and are loyal and in so doing ensure the organisation has sustained profitability and increased shareholder value.
The CareerCENTRE allows the organisation to better understand the values and skills of its workforce therefore aiding recruitment and succession planning.
10Eighty and the Career Engagement Group have been working collaboratively over the last twelve months and launched the CareerCENTRE in early 2013. The company will be demonstrating CareerCENTRE at stand 381 during Learning and Skills 2014.
