Evidence Informed Practice Conference
The Evidence Informed Practice Conference is where research meets practice.

It brings together scientists, researchers, L&D practitioners, HR professionals, and anyone else working on the real drivers of organisational performance.
The focus is simple: practical application. Not science as an interesting theory exercise, and not practice built on best guesses, good intentions, or whatever happened to trend on LinkedIn this week.
Across the day, we'll explore what the evidence tells us about improving performance, and how to translate that evidence into decisions you can actually make at work. We'll look at performance through three lenses that show up again and again in real organisations: environment, culture, and capability.
Expect insight from a range of disciplines, including neuroscience, psychology, behavioural science, and more, always with a clear line of sight to what this means for the way you diagnose problems, design interventions, and enable people to do great work.
Who Should Attend
This event is for you if you are trying to improve performance in your organisation, or your clients' organisations, and you want to be guided by evidence rather than habit.
You'll likely get the most value if you work in, or alongside:
- Learning and Development, instructional design, or performance improvement
- HR, people teams, talent, or organisational development
- Leadership, operations, transformation, or change
- Research, evaluation, analytics, or workforce capability
- Any role where you're expected to help humans do better work, at scale, in the messy reality of organisations
