Onsite event video news reporting
Learning News provides on-site video news reporting from workplace learning events. Our editorial team attends your event, interviews participants and publishes independent news programmes covering what happened.
What the Event Reporter package includes
The Event Reporter package provides on-site reporting from your event by an experienced Learning News news team. We interview speakers, organisers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees, then produce professionally edited news programmes published in the days following the event.

Programmes
Coverage typically includes
- One or more interview-led news programmes featuring key speakers and stakeholders
- A highlights programme capturing the themes, discussions and atmosphere of the event
- Short interview clips with attendees and exhibitors where appropriate
Programmes are published across Learning News including our website news channel, news emails, news bulletins, social media, and with our media partners, and provided for your own use.

Editorial approach
Our programmes are news interview based and editorially led. The format and interview line-up are broadly agreed in advance, for example:
- Event organisers
- Selected speakers
- Sponsors and exhibitors
- Attendees through short on-the-floor interviews

Editorial independence
Editorial rests with Learning News. This is essential to maintain independent, credible reporting of your event. Our aim is to produce high-quality coverage that serves both your audience and the wider Learning News readership.
On the day
On event days, the team arrives around two hours before the event opens to set up equipment and prepare.
Main interviews are booked in advance wherever possible. Further interviews, often with attendees, are sought out during the event.
A typical on-site team consists of three or four people handling sound, lighting, cameras and interviews.

Travel and accommodation
The team usually stays overnight near the venue before each event day to ensure early arrival and smooth setup.
Travel, and accommodation where required, are charged in addition.
