Tell us about changes in your own L&D team’s responsibilities, priorities and everyday work.

These three questions are for people working in-house in learning and development. We are interested in your direct experience, including where the changes discussed across the industry are having little effect.

1. What has materially changed in your L&D function over the past two years?

This might include responsibilities, team structure, technology, content creation, skills, measurement or how Learning and Development works with the wider organisation.

2. What does your L&D team now spend more time doing, and what does it spend less time doing?

Think about how the team's priorities and day-to-day work have shifted, including activities that have grown, reduced, moved elsewhere in the organisation or disappeared altogether.

3. What is one change in L&D that you hear a lot about, but aren't seeing much evidence of inside your organisation?

This could be an industry trend, technology, way of working or changing role for Learning and Development that receives plenty of attention but has had little practical impact where you work.
