World of Learning attendees offered chance to assess their skills via online questionnaire
World of Learning event partner, Pearlcatchers, has developed a new Learning Facilitator Development Framework. Visitors to the World of Learning event can take part in an online Learning Facilitators Skills Review and benefit from a personal report and consultation at the Experiential Learning Zone at the World of Learning Conference and Exhibition at the Birmingham's NEC 30th September and 1st October.
Now in its 22nd year, the World of Learning prides itself on showcasing the latest in L&D developments and solutions. So this year, World of Learning are delighted to offer visitors to the event a unique no cost opportunity to recharge their own learning batteries by taking part in the Learning Facilitator Skills Review.
World of Learning event partner Pearlcatchers, who have run the Experiential Learning Zone for the past six years, are offering all visitors the chance to assess their skills against their new Learning Facilitator Development Framework. After completing an online questionnaire in advance of the exhibition, visitors can collect their personalised report at the exhibition and receive a 20 minute coaching session to explore the results and consider their personal development. The personalised report is being offerd free of charge - further information and the practitioners skills review questionnaire is available online.
It has never been more important to keep pace with new ways of working, technologies that constantly alter the way people learn and linking individual learning to organisational change. The need to create adaptive organisations and individuals that can cope with the fast pace of change means that L&D professionals need to possess an increasingly wide range of skills.
However, all too often, L&D professionals focus so much on facilitating the learning of others that their own development goes to the bottom of the list. The Learning Facilitator Development Framework is the perfect way to review and refresh the skills of learning facilitators themselves and to invigorate their own personal development.
The Skills Review will be supported by a range of interactive sessions in the Experiential Learning Zone, https://www.learnevents.com/experiential-learning-zone.php as well as a full Development Framework of support and events after the exhibition.
Event visitors can find out more about this amazing opportunity and take the practitioners skills review questionnaire online (which should take no more than 20 minutes). They will then be contacted by Pearlcatchers to arrange their coaching session and their report will be ready and waiting for them at the exhibition.
This once-only offer remains open until the close of the event.
