The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), a trusted body for global learning professionals and organisations, has recently accredited Virtual College as a Learning Technologies Provider

LPI accreditation is a globally recognised quality mark for providers of learning products, technologies, services and facilities. Originating in 1995, it has since grown year-on-year to become today’s leading authority in workplace learning.

To be an accredited member of the institute, Virtual College went through a rigorous approval process, assessed on a number of key performance indicators including client integrity, CSR, client value proposition, solution capability and quality management.

The Institute focuses on the demonstrable impact of learning on individual and organisational performance, and was pleased to administer positive and well-received feedback on all Virtual College’s KPIs.

The assessor’s comments within the Learning Technologies Consultancy criteria stated that the organisation has a strong consultancy culture with effective consultancy processes. They went on to state that the usability and responsiveness of the learning platform is well suited for its intended audience and purpose.

Virtual College is a previous gold award-winner for excellence in design of learning content in the Learning Technologies Awards and the LPI assessor's comments on it's e-learning content establishes this further.

‘The eLearning is well designed and implemented, and it is easy and intuitive to use… excellent use of language and well-integrated use of multi-media.’

Hannah Brindle, MD of Virtual College said: ‘Virtual College is very proud to be accredited by such an established body within the Learning and Development space and we’re delighted to add this accreditation to our existing portfolio.’
