“At Virtual College, we want to help people to use digital technology to learn and grow; equipping them to do great things in their careers,” commented Hannah Brindle, Managing Director of Virtual College.

“Used carefully and sensitively, technology can be used successfully to help create and sustain behaviour change within organisations.”

Virtual College will be on stand 12 at the Learning Technologies exhibition.

Delegates are also encouraged to attend a free conference seminar session which will be delivered by Naomi Hepworth, Learning Technology Manager at Virtual College.

Seminar title: Technology with a purpose – driving culture change through Learning Campaigns
Venue: Theatre 1
Date: 12th June 2018
Time: 14:30 - 15:00

This seminar will explore how Virtual College developed various digital learning resources to meet organisations learning objectives. It will focus particularly on a project with Fujitsu who have partnered with Virtual College and EEF, a leading e-learning provider, to create a learning campaign aimed at instilling a health and safety culture across the regions in which they operate.

We will discuss:

  • How we mapped a campaign aimed at all levels within the organisation
  • How the digital approach increases quality and consistency
  • What ingredients we used to engage the workforce
  • The cherry on the top – serious game
  • The early results of the project with Fujitsu

Learning Technologies Summer Forum 2018 will be held in London’s Olympia on 12th June 2018.
