Virtual College releases three-day Lean Office course for NHS

Virtual College’s Lean Healthcare Academy has released a three-day Lean Office training course to improve efficiency and productivity in the NHS.

The Lean Office Block is a three day practical course delivered by The Lean Healthcare Academy, designed to equip staff with tools and methodologies to make real savings and improve productivity in the workplace.

Intended for management and administration staff The Lean Office Block aims to:

  • Transform the workplace into hubs of efficiency using the 6S Standard Operating Procedure
  • Eliminate waste by identifying areas for improvement using Process Flow Analysis
  • Focus on visual management techniques, enabling the creation of powerful communication strategies
  • Furnish delegates with the knowledge to implement a well organised email and meetings management system, resulting in more effective use of time.
