Following 4 years' research and development, Venture Simulations Ltd (VSL) is launching its most powerful business simulation 'SimVenture Evolution' in Spring 2015.

An exhibitor at the Learning Technologies show, VSL will showcase to training professionals how its latest on-line technology lets people run a virtual company and learn experientially about key management, business, entrepreneurship strategy and leadership skills. The software simultaneously allows trainers and tutors to observe, communicate and assess user work remotely.

"The team responsible for building SimVenture Evolution has worked incredibly hard with clients and users to ensure the technology provides game-changing learning opportunities," says company Director, Peter Harrington.

"Whilst the key design principles of authenticity, engagement and sustainable learning have been maintained throughout, we've also focused on the game-play experience and wrap-around guidance tools so people can access the simulation quickly and easily."

"In addition, 'control tower' technology has also been incorporated into the simulation allowing trainers and teachers to observe, communicate with and even assess user work - all remotely."

As an on-line learning resource, SimVenture Evolution allows people to play individually or in groups, working together or remotely. The multi-player functionality means people can play against each other or compete against the computer.

The new product builds on the success of the multi-award winning business simulator 'SimVenture' which was first launched by VSL in 2006 and is now used in 40+ countries.

"We are all really looking forward to the Learning Technologies Show and sharing our work and what we've achieved," adds Peter Harrington.

Venture Simulations is on stand 197 at Learning Technologies and will be providing a free evaluation account on request to visitors.
