HR Director, Sam Sedwill reflected on their successful year saying: ‘We work hard to attract, develop and retain a high calibre of staff and the rewards that we offer help demonstrate how valued our employees are’.

The Coloplast Academy re-launch in March this year only proves further their ambitions to inspire and assist their employee’s personal development efforts. Staff can use the online Academy not only as a source of knowledge about Coloplast and the products and services it provides but also as a way to search and apply for formal training courses.

Asked why the Coloplast Academy was the best choice, Sam noted how ‘the academy is a flexible, accessible learning tool which provides each user with a unique learning experience.’

‘It allows staff to plan their future within the company, and to set realistic goals – and achieve them.’
