Upside Learning’s ‘UL Buzz’ to focus solely on bespoke learning solutions
Upside Learning's bimonthly 'UL Buzz' newsletter will focus exclusively on topics related to bespoke learning solution design and development.
Since May 2011, ‘UL Buzz’ has been bringing its readers highlights of new developments and events at Upside, thoughts about trending topics in the L&D domain and useful resources and tips related to learning solution design and development as well as Learning Management Systems.
From the latest issue released in November 2016, ‘UL Buzz’ will be dedicated to bespoke learning solutions and services. The aim of this renewed focus is to share knowledge, experiences and ideas, and open up innovative thinking, for creating better learning and improving performance.
Readers can now get straight to information and resources related to eLearning, mobile learning and classroom training – be it about instructional approaches to achieve particular outcomes, visual styles and strategies, design tools, learning and related standards, development technologies, etc.
In addition to specific Upside events, the newsletter will include new initiatives related to bespoke content development; new resources published by the Upside Bespoke Learning Solutions team like eBooks, presentations, case studies, etc.; articles, posts and research reports of potential interest; new content services; and upcoming events like webinars.
There will also be a roundup of blog posts published within the preceding two months. These could cover tools and technologies, media, devices, teaching strategies, content analysis and presentation methods, processes, industry insights, or indeed anything of interest that could be applied when creating learning and performance support solutions.
