Upside Learning Announces Silver Sponsorship Of CLO Chief Learning Summit India 2013
The CLO Chief Learning Officers Summit (India) aims to bring focus on the learning and knowledge development aspects in the corporate world. As a Silver Sponsor of the fifth edition, to be held on 12th and 13th September in Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, India, Upside Learning will deliver a power session under ‘Mobile Social and E–Learning’ track, showcase its learning portfolio at booth (# B4) and attend the summit.
Upside Learning is pleased to announce its support as a silver sponsor of the upcoming CLO Chief Learning Summit India 2013. The summit, in its fifth edition now, will be held in Hyatt Regency Mumbai, India, on 12th and 13th September.
A regular participant of the CLO India Summit, Upside Learning will be showcasing its wide range of learning technology solutions at booth # B4. This includes UpsideLMS, the multi award-winning Learning Management System, Upside2Go, the mobile learning platform for performance support, and Custom Learning Solutions. The latest addition this year is eLearning solutions for tablets. As a part of this, Upside Learning will be showcasing its mEnablement and new development projects. mEnablement projects comprise solutions that have been converted to a tablet-compatible format from existing eLearning courseware, while new development projects, as the name suggests, comprise freshly developed solutions for tablets.
Amit Gautam, Upside Learning’s Director and Co-founder, will be a part of one of the power sessions to be conducted on the 2nd day of the event. Scheduled at 11 AM, the 90 minute session will be on ‘Mobile Learning: Opportunities for India and Case Studies’ under the track ‘Mobile Social and E-Learning’. With a total of 1 session chair and 4 speakers, Amit will deliver a 12 minute power presentation on the topic and then spend 30 minutes in moderated Q&A and audience interaction.
Besides this, Amit and other Upside Learning representatives will attend the summit, network with other L&D professionals and attend the CLO awards ceremony to be held on day 1 of the event.
Speaking about introducing eLearning on tablet solutions in the Indian market and choosing Mobile Learning as the topic of his power session, Amit said, “India Inc. is slowly warming up to the concept of mobile learning.
