Upside Learning has announced its recent collaboration with THE Group UK, to provide the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management (Award, Certificate, Diploma,) and the Level 3 Award in Leadership qualification to its customers and prospects. This partnership has expanded Upside Learning’s existing portfolio of 3000+ ready-to-use courses to include over 26 optional units of ILM validated courses and content.
As part of its learning solutions portfolio, Upside Learning has been offering a range of more than 3000 ready-to-use courses in the areas of IT skills, Soft/ Business skills, Health & Safety and Banking & Finance. The company has augmented this range further by partnering with THE Group, a leading business consultancy providing services in the areas of training and development, leadership & management and strategic business consultancy, to include Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 3 Qualifications in First Line Management (Award, Certificate, Diploma) and the Level 3 Award in Leadership qualification.
The ILM Level 3 Award, Certificate & Diploma qualifications in First Line Management and the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership have been specially designed to give practising or aspiring leaders and first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader and/or a manager. Further, these ILM qualifications offer flexibility to all candidates in choosing from a diverse range of optional units to build their qualification – the Award, Certificate or Diploma.
