Heidelberg, 19 January 2015. Internationally active corporate learning and talent management specialists tts will again be strongly represented at Learning Technologies, which takes place this year at Olympia Central, London, on 28 & 29 January. tts will focus on one of the hottest topics in learning technologies, performance support or learning at the moment of need, under the banner “Do less training – do more innovation!”.

The company will showcase its recently released electronic performance support software (EPSS), tt performance suite, which provides help that is tailored to an employee’s role and relevant to the business application that the employee is currently using. As a result, employees are appreciably more productive, process errors are avoided and companies reduce the burden on your helpdesk. Advantages include:

  • Reduces the need for “off the shelf” training
  • Knowledge imparted to the user is always up to date
  • Supports “learning by doing”
  • Boosts process competence and performance
  • Context-sensitive access directly at the workplace
  • Intuitive guidance through all IT applications (guides)
  • Integration of any learning materials and documents
  • Integration of user-generated content

tts this year celebrates 15 years in business and will launch its new corporate identity and tagline knowledge matters at Learning Technologies, together with its new multilingual website www.tt-s.com

“IT applications are liable to multiple modifications. One consequence is that employees’ knowledge quickly becomes obsolete and they repeatedly face new challenges. However, today there are innovative technologies that users can take advantage of directly in their current activity. The buzzword is: electronic performance support,” explains Marketing Manager Jörg Geulen.

By revolutionizing the learning environment to enable users to access the required knowledge directly at the moment of need, electronic performance support systems (EPSS) reduce the need for training. The seamless integration of learning management systems, performance support and content production makes interface problems a thing of the past, supporting more – and faster – innovation.

“tts is shortening the path to innovation for more than 500 customers and four million customers worldwide,” says Geulen. “Moreover, our closeness to our customers is clearly visible through our improved internet presence, which showcases the specialist competences of our 200 employees.”

“tts has reworked its entire visual identity in order to better represent the authentic personality and values that the company has lived since its foundation,” adds Geulen.

Innovations at the click of a button

Alongside proven offerings such as e-learning production, performance support and talent management, visitors to the tts website will also find new products and services directly on the home page. These include innovations in areas such as learning strategies, competence development, mobile learning and data security. “We are continuously developing and improving our products so it is worth dropping by frequently,” says Geulen.

The new company tagline “knowledge matters” underlines tts‘ competence in all areas of knowledge management. “The new website structure makes it even easier to find key topics under this general heading,” concludes Geulen.
