Do less training – do more performance support

Learning Newstts

Corporate learning company TTS and learning services provider SkillSet will be exhibiting the TT Performance Suite at Learning Live 2014 from Wednesday 10 to Thursday 11 September. Delegates will be able to put TT Guide to the test and learn for themselves the benefits of live in-application performance support.

As the forgetting curve reduces the effect of training delivered prior to the go-live date of a software change, it is important to be able to support employees in their “Moment of Need”. TT Guide, the innovative performance support system leads employees reliably through and directly inside IT applications and business processes.

It enables individuals to answer their questions where they arise: in their workplace. "The results are impressive: Employees become more efficient and there is less pressure on the Helpdesk, which also drives down IT support costs," explains TTS' Joerg Geulen.

In addition, TTS and Skillset will demonstrate how the seamless integration of performance support and content production right through to learning management systems (LMS) works.

Developers from TTS will be on hand at the event to demonstrate the power of the authoring tool and performance support system TT Performance Suite, while SkillSet will provide their experience, advice and guidance in use of TT Performance Suite in project implementation.

Learning Live 2014 takes place on 10-11 September, at 155 Bishopsgate, London. TTS and SkillSet can be found at Stand 28 and will give delegates the opportunity to see TT Guide in action, discuss projects with clients and answer any questions.
