Towards Maturity joins Emerald Group
As it celebrates its 50th anniversary, Emerald Group further advances its lifelong aim of delivering research with a practical impact.
Emerald Group today announces that Towards Maturity, a leading benchmark practice in the professional learning and development market, will be joining the group.
The move brings together two businesses with the shared goal of delivering rigorous research that has a practical impact in business and management.
As industries continue to be transformed by the digital environment, organisations and their staff need to continuously relearn and upskill to meet new challenges and opportunities. This strategic acquisition by Emerald reflects its aim to help business professionals and managers learn and make decisions based on the best evidence.

Towards Maturity will join Emerald Group, effective from 31 May 2017, and will continue to operate as an independent business, led by Laura Overton as CEO.
