L&D industry to be equipped to make 2017 a year of action

London, UKLearning NewsTowards Maturity

Towards Maturity draws on global research with over 600 L&D leaders to share the key tactics to unlock organisational potential at this year’s Learning Technologies Show

Latest Towards Maturity Research shows that 9-in-10 L&D leaders are looking to deliver better business results by transforming traditional learning methods, integrating learning and work and building organisational agility, however, few are achieving their goals.  Whilst Learning Technologies exhibitors present the ideas, technologies and support to make this happen - Towards Maturity provides the strategic insights that will equip them to deliver up to 14% more productivity, reduce time to competency by 15% and reduce costs by 18%.

Using the data and analytics from their 2016 Learner Benchmark Report, Unlocking Potential, Towards Maturity has identified the strategies of top performing teams and will be sharing their findings through their conference contribution, free seminars, and on their stand. They are also opening their global benchmark to attendees for a limited period to provide individual insights to equip L&D teams for a year of action.

Those attending the conference will be able to pick up tips on how L&D can work smarter for greater impact and those attending the free exhibition can understand, how to make a lasting impact in 2017 with the seminar in Theatre 4 on the first day at 16.15, and Theatre 11 at 15:30 on 2 February.

For 2017 to be a year of change L&D leaders need to refine their strategy, taking steps into the future without repeating the mistakes of the past.  Visitors to the show have been invited to benchmark their current strategy with their peers in order to receive a free benchmark analysis. Participants who complete this before Wednesday 25 January are invited to bring their report to stand H24 to receive free, expert advice. For those new to benchmarking; a breakfast from 10:00 each morning will help people understand the process and learn more within an informative networking environment.

Commenting on this year’s Learning Technologies Laura Overton,  Founder and CEO of Towards Maturity said:

“The Learning Technologies show is an incredible event for L&D leaders looking to make a difference and I would urge people to make the most of the opportunities available to them.  It's often hard for people to know where to start so we have tailored sessions, benchmarking opportunities and our Exchange Programme is connecting L&D leaders with thought leaders to help them make evidence-based decisions that will transform their learning provision in 2017.

“The Towards Maturity programme of events is a  rare opportunity to cut through the noise by accessing advice from experts and peers, for free, around the issues that matter . A chance to air your questions straight at thought-leaders. I can’t wait to see how those discussions unfold.”

Join the Towards Maturity Team on stand H24 on 1 and 2 February.
