Online Multiplayer Leadership Game Wins European Serious Game Award
UK, Coventry based serious games studio recently won the GALA serious games awards for their leadership development game.
Unlock: Leadership is a 3D online, multiplayer serious game in which learners can practice their leadership skills.

The game is set on a tropical island and players must collaborate to solve puzzles and achieve their goal. Each puzzle is designed to focus on specific leadership skills such as coaching, negotiation and communication.

The Gala award is presented as part of the Games and Learning Allianceconference (GALA 2015); an international conference dedicated to the science and application of serious games, which brings together researchers, developers, practitioners and stakeholders of the serious games industry.
