Six sessions, a landmark Spring Release and live customer demos across two days at Learning Technologies as Thrive prepares its biggest show yet at ExCeL London.
Thrive, the enablement platform for every app and answer in your business and trusted by some of the world’s most recognised organisations, will take centre stage at Learning Technologies 2026 (29–30 April, ExCeL London), fresh from being named one of Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies in the Financial Times FT1000, ranking in the top 250.

Customer Connect: real stories from teams driving performance
Following the success of last year’s Customer Power Hour, Thrive returns with an expanded Customer Connect experience, handing the floor and the stage to forward-thinking L&D teams to share how they're improving sales enablement, onboarding, communication, and compliance, all whilst surfacing answers from every and any source in the flow of work.

The Spring Release: Thrive’s most powerful platform yet
Learning Technologies 2026 will mark the first public showcase of Thrive’s Spring Release, introducing a major evolution of the platform. A few highlights you can expect include:
Kiki AI Agents': Full launch of Thrive’s AI agent suite, spanning coaching, data analysis, content creation and admin automation. Kiki connects to external sources, including SharePoint and Google Drive, and now uniquely searches SCORM content, unlocking enterprise-wide knowledge across an organisation.
Social & Connection: Mentoring, Chat and Spaces embed collaboration and human connection into the flow of work, enabling continuous peer-to-peer development.
MCP Server: Supporting Model Context Protocol, allowing AI agents to take action across Thrive from tools such as Copilot, Claude and Gemini.
Thrive Hub — New features in the Hub supporting performance productivity include notes, to-do lists, event calendar integrations and connectors, creating a single front door for learning, knowledge and work.
App Rewards — Driving engagement and external recognition through bespoke rewards within the Mobile App.
