The certified Thrive MCP integration lets employees ask a question in plain language and have Leena AI surface the right learning, take action on their behalf and keep them moving, without switching tools or logging into another system.
As organisations adopt AI assistants across the workplace, employees increasingly expect to access information and complete tasks through a single conversational interface. By connecting Thrive's Model Context Protocol (MCP) with Leena AI, the partnership brings learning into that experience. Employees can ask questions such as, "What training do I need to complete this quarter?" and receive personalised answers, enrol on recommended courses and check their learning progress, all within the same conversation.
