Thrive has announced its headline speakers for Thrive Live '24, taking place on 27th November at Soho Place, London. The impressive lineup includes; Fearne Cotton, Dan Murray-Serter and Spencer Matthews, whilst the event boasts customer-hosted workshops and panels from the likes of Frasers Group, AA, Reiss and more.
Thrive Live is back, and it’s bigger than ever. This year’s exclusive customer-only conference, Thrive Live, will take place at Soho Place, London, and Thrive are excited to reveal three powerhouse panel headliners: Fearne Cotton, TV Broadcsater, Podcast Host and Happy Place Founder, Dan Murray-Serter, serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of Heights, and Spencer Matthews, Founder of CleanCo, Guinness World Record Holder and star of hit podcast Big Fish and Vogue and Spencer.
Together, these three trailblazers will lead a session entitled; Leaders Unfiltered: Success, Setbacks and Building Bold Futures where they'll dive into topics every leader needs: resilience, motivation, leadership, and developing a success mindset.
Dan Murray-Serter will unpack how he’s helped entrepreneurs and companies thrive by mastering their mindsets and unlocking peak performance, while Spencer Matthews will share his journey from reality TV star to successful businessman, and the challenges he's overcome to redefine what success looks like having most recently taken on 30 marathons in 30 days. Lastly, Fearne Cotton will bring an honest voice as a wellbeing and mental health advocate sharing how her lived experiences has powered her self-made business, Happy Place.
Expect insightful keynotes, actionable advice, and an unfiltered Q&A where attendees can get direct advice from the UK’s most influential figures in TV and business.

Thrive Live will also reveal their 2025 Product Roadmap which is packed full of new innovation all underpinned by AI and host several interactive workshops hosted by customers themselves such as AA, Frasers Group, Reiss and so many more, giving attendees the chance to get hands-on with real inspiration and collaborate on solving shared challenges L&D teams face today.
