Josh Devanny, Chief Sales Officer at Thrive Wins Gold at Stevie Awards for National Sales Executive of the Year

Josh’s journey to success at Thrive has been marked by remarkable achievements including scaling the Sales Team to 25+ people across Pre-Sales, Sales Development, Coaching and New Business, developing trusted partnerships with Enterprise Customers such as Avon, Volvo and Frasers Group and collaborating with the Product team to drive innovation for Thrive’s Roadmap.

Joining Thrive amidst challenging circumstances, Josh spearheaded the company's expansion efforts from its early stages, leveraging his extensive sales experience to power client acquisition and revenue growth. His hands-on leadership style, characterised by regular coaching sessions and unique incentive programs, has not only motivated his team but also fostered a culture of performance and belonging within the organisation.
